Albuca setosa

31. Albuca setosa, 3-633.53.13
Case by Pieter Kuiper
After the seminar Pieter had a young woman of 14 who came for weakness, indifference and loss of weight.
Her mother brought her because she also had a lot of mucus in the throat for months.
It turns out that she doesn’t feel understood by her friends and classmates at school. She is very sensitive and has a kind of pureness over her. Sometimes she tries to tell something of her feelings, but she feels rejected then. She is busy with nature, environmental questions and health food and tries to communicate about that. But she notices her class mates are only busy with clothing and trivial things. She’s very sad and feels alone and betrayed by her friends, withdraws from the world.
It made him think of the proving of Albuca setosa (633.53.13) of the Hyacinthaceae.
The theme is about the feeling of losing paradise or losing your pureness when you adapt to the world around you in that age. They retire into their own inner world.
After the remedy all the complaints are much better and the mucus in the throat is much less. Her contacts on school are no problem anymore.
Albuca setosa is a kind of ‘sister’ of Ornithogalum umbellatum (633.53.12), the ‘Star of Bethlehem’, a well known remedy for shock or trauma.
