Woman, 70, arthritis.
She has inflammation with swelling of her wrist, back of hand, ankle, feet from exertion, wringing her hands. The joints feel stiff in the morning, stretching is difficult.
It started after her husband left her for another woman after 20 years of good marriage. She asked herself what she did wrong.
She is easily emotional, for instance seeing children playing music on the street.
