Case form Delospermoideae
Woman, 45, herpes genitalis.
Herpes genital, worse suppressed anger, when she has too much to do, working at a job and doing the household.
She always has to behave nice. Her mother only loved her when she did what mother wants, when she was nice. This comes for her youth, she had to be a lovely child. Her mother said that she would love her when she was lovely and behaving nice, doing what her mother expected from her.
So she cannot say no. She always had a fear to express herself.
She has a good marriage, but she adapts to her her husband out of fear of losing him. Then she feels used, it is unfair. She gets angry, but does not express it.
She is very reflective. She is interested in homeopathy.
Analysis
Lanthanides: reflective; interested in homeopathy.
Silicon series: fear losing husband; nice to mother.
Phase 2: adapting; pleasing.
Phase 6: herpes; fear of losing husband; feels used, unfair.
Stage 13: angry, but does not express it.
Prescription: a remedy form Delospermoideae.
Follow up
After a few doses of the remedy from Delospermoideae the herpes is gone. As a reaction she dreamt saying to her husband “leave me alone”, waking weeping. Now she does not have to adapt all the time. As a reaction to the remedy she was very emotional. She is very impressed by the remedy. The complaints were 60% better. Her quality of life went form 30 to 90.
In the past she has done very well on another remedy.
