Small shrub; climbing stems; up to 2 metres long; from a very large tuber.
Root: large; yam-like
Content: alkaloid; benzophenones.
Fruit: drupe; 25mm long; soft sweet outer pulp.

Medicinal
Action: aphrodisiac.
