Coffea case

Woman, 28 years old
Stewardess, living alone
Main complaint:
Migraine since she was 4 years old.
Causes: by looking forward to something and after a busy day.
Worse during school hours, fights and tensions.
Sometimes 4 days in a row.
Surrender during the attack.
Forehead right and behind right eye: dull, oppressive, very bad. Kind of propulsion, like one big pen being knocked in from the inside. Attack by attack. As if something can snap. Afraid of it. Sometimes 2 a.m. awake because of pain.
Before the attack: increased brain activity, pressure, active, will do anything. Can then not inhibit itself. Sharper'.
Sometimes a feeling of contraction. Dislike of coffee (while otherwise a lull of coffee!).
Secondary complaints:
Allergy to house dust
Many colds
Forgetfulness: names, messages, reading articles, especially in case of fatigue
Itchy skin after showering and when warm.
Generals
Desires: coffee (2)
Aversion: intestines
Intolerance: Irish coffee
Drinking: a lot (water, fruit juice and tea)
Better by cold.
Worse because of oppressive heat.
Lots of perspiration
Mind
Cheerful, optimistic.
Likes depth. Ideals. "Seek perfection of myself".
Wants to work with environmental protection, whales (Section: Benevolence).
Very impulsive in making decisions.
