Suicidal when they loose things.

Lack of remorse, empathy.
Never feeling fulfilled.
Feeling of emptiness and a desire to possess.

Fear of sudden attack from behind.
Fear of incapacitation.
The problem is to possess at all cost, even murder. The solution is to live simply, free from possessions. Free from the desire to possess.

Back: neck pain, stabbing; chills and tingling form the top of the neck.
