633.41.01 Typha latifolia, Case
Man, 55, pain in his feet.
He has burning feet, worse in bed at night.
He has pain in his knee with hydrops, locking when he plays too much sport and cannot stand on his knee.
He has been married for 30 years but they live their own lives. He once said that he had a problem with their sex life because he always had to take the initiative. Then their sex life was over because his wife thought they had a perfectly good relationship without it. It feels like a pain that stands in between them. He misses the warmth of intimacy, of their sex life, and the chance to express his desires. He often feels neglected and denied. He feels neglected by his wife and thinks his home has been taken over by their children. He feels like an outsider, a guest in his own house, who has no place, as if he is only tolerated, as if he is only good for the money. He feels like a stranger in his own family.
His daughter said he had no say in deciding things because he was never there, and he is never there because he is out at work, working very hard.
He is very emotional talking about it.
