Helianthus tuberosus

666.44.11 Helianthus tuberosus, Case
Woman, 40, sinusitis, bronchitis.
She is coughing a lot, producing pain in her left side and rib. She has a frontal headache, as if her sinus is sucked vacuum. It started with mononucleosis which felt like influenza. She had throat pain worse on swallowing, a foggy feeling in her forehead and swollen cervical lymph glands. In the last year she also had pneumonia with high fever and pain in her sternum. She had otitis, left and right. The last influenza was with high fever in the evening, < 9 pm. She has shivers from the cold, pain in her sinuses on breathing, muscle pains in her back, better walking bent and pressing pain in her chest on deep breathing. It felt like being beaten, in the face. heavy as lead. She has had many antibiotics the last year, without much help as her resistance is too low.
She has lost her confidence in her body and feels weepy when others ask how she is doing.
She feels lonely.
She wants to do things differently from others, to be free and go her own way; she does not want to live by obligations.
She is ambitious and has always done a lot. She is a consultant in career coaching. She has an obsessive perfectionism, wanting to be socially important, to express her being.
The problems started at 40 after having moved. The new house felt like an end station, she felt uprooted. Then life became heavy as she had to travel more. It felt like a mid-life crisis, her dreams getting lost, as if life was over, youth is gone, possibilities becoming limited. She feels like a spoiled child because she has everything: a house, a nice job, three children, everything is fulfilled.
She had a good youth. As a child she needed much time for herself to feel her own strength and energy.
Colour preference: 5C, 17C.
