Woman, 35, dysmenorrhoea.
She has pains in muscles and joints and palpitation during menses. Premenstrually she has pains in the heart extending to the left arm and chest with palpitations and very severe anxiety.
Once she almost drowned sailing. It was a terrible fright.
Analysis
Carbon series: fear death, drowning; palpitations, severe anxiety.
Stage 1: acute.
Aconitum: terrible fright.
