Woman, 55, hayfever.
Her eyes are tearing, red, itchy, worse in the evening. Her head feels dull and she has sneezing. Her nose is running which is worse in a cold wind.

As a child she was like a mother to her younger brother and sister. She worked her parent’s shop day and night for 5 years so her mother could play tennis. Her mother gave her guilt feelings; she felt she never did things well enough.
