663.66.10 Rheum palmatum, Case
Girl, 1, diarrhoea.
The diarrhoea comes in periods of five days where her stool is very watery and smells like acetone. The first day she is very weepy and wants to be close to her mother. The complaints are worse from change of weather, dentition, red beets, mandarin and bread. They are worse at 6 pm and better from sleeping. Sometimes her buttocks are fiery red. The labour was a Caesarean section because it started too late and the amniotic fluid was gone.
She can be very demanding, rolls over the ground if wishes are not fulfilled.
